I studied equipment design, and I worked on site construction for two and a half years. A few days ago I quit my job in order to pursue a career in design, but no one will hire me without any work experience. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thank you
Is it really that difficult to switch from construction to design?
Two years is fine; by being more modest and setting lower expectations, there should be a chance
But all the job listings online require work experience; it’s so embarrassing
