Company Overview Weifang Keda Chemical Engineering Design Co., Ltd. was originally a subsidiary under the relative control of CNOOC Shandong Haihua Group Co., Ltd. Its predecessor was the Design Office of Shandong Weifang Soda Factory, established in June 1991. In December 1993, it was renamed Shandong Yandu Chemical Group Design and Research Institute; after the merger with salt-alkali-related enterprises in 1995, it was renamed the Design Institute of Shandong Weifang Marine Chemical Group Corporation, and in 1997 it was once again renamed the Design Institute of Shandong Haihua Group Co., Ltd. In April 2001, Haihua Group restructured the design institute into a limited liability company in which the group held a majority stake; the company was renamed Shandong Haihua Group Weifang Keda Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd. In May 2004, Keda Company underwent a change in its share structure, becoming a joint-stock company controlled by the company’s management team, with Haihua Group and the employees holding shares in it. In June 2007, the company’s name was changed to Weifang Keda Chemical Engineering Design Co., Ltd. In June 2008, the company’s main office was moved from the Binhai Development Zone to Weifang city center. In 2013, the company underwent another equity restructuring. Currently, the company’s main office is located in the Jiahui Building on Xinhua Road, Kuiwen District, Weifang City. At the beginning of the company’s restructuring in 2004, Keda mainly focused on carrying out engineering design for technical renovation and improvement projects within the Haihua Group. II. Recruitment Plan 1. General Layout Engineering Designer 1) Number of positions to be filled: 1 ； 2) Educational requirement: Bachelor’s degree or above, in related fields such as general layout engineering design ； 3) Proficient in using design software such as AUTO-CAD ； 4) Those with relevant work experience or prior experience in design work at a design institute will be given priority. 2. Automatic Control Instrument Designer 1) Number of positions: 2 ； 2) Educational requirement: Bachelor’s degree or above, in a related field such as instrumentation and automation ； 3) Proficient in using design software such as AUTO-CAD ； 4) Those with relevant work experience or prior experience in design work at a design institute will be given priority. 3.
