Luoyang Jianguang has more achievements in water turbines (hydraulic motors), drill pipes, and coking cutters, while Xiangfan Hangsheng has more success in tower-top PLC control systems. However, drill pipes are a common product, so both companies are capable of handling them.

In China, automatic bottom cover machines are still used in hydraulic separation equipment, while current coking plants in the United States generally use bottom valves for the tower bottoms. . Our company uses those produced by Institute 610, and the performance is quite good
Luoyang Jian Guang, Xiangfan Hang Sheng, Shanghai Yuling Machinery Factory, and Mudanjiang Petrochemical Machinery Factory. Hydraulic removal equipment can basically be produced domestically. A high-pressure water pump from Shenyang Water Pump Factory will do. In China, manual removal of the bottom cover of the coke tower is generally used, while abroad bottom valves are standard; the cost of one such valve, including installation, is around 15 million RMB. Manufacturers of bottom valves for coke towers include VELAN and Deltavalve. The coking time in coke ovens abroad is generally 18 hours, while in China it is usually 24 hours; this is directly related to the decoking time of the coke ovens.
We use the one from Xiangfan Hangsheng. Pretty good! I have an electronic version of the instruction manual.
