Will the safety certification become invalid if it isn’t registered?

All candidates for the Certified Safety Engineer exam in 2014 passed, but they have not yet registered nor completed any retraining. Will their qualifications become invalid if they do not register? There is no clear expiration date indicated on the safety engineer certificate, and relevant regulations also do not provide any guidelines regarding unregistered safety engineers. I would appreciate it if experts could offer some guidance on this matter: handshake
It will not be invalidated. Re-education is required after registration.
Re-education materials are used during transfer or re-registration.
