How does your mindset differ after five years of working compared to when you first started?

The main change in mindset is that I’m less impulsive now; I can adapt to many things and think things through!
I now understand that life isn’t just about work; there are other things as well (such as family). I realize that health is the foundation for achieving anything, and I’m no longer reckless due to my youth. . . . . .
Their temper has improved a lot; they remain calm in face of challenges
The edges are almost polished! One begins to think about family matters: settling in a city, getting married and having children, taking care of one’s parents – all of these things happen during these years. Once settled, one starts to aim for career advancement and looks for a suitable profession and path in life. The gap between classmates also began to widen over these years.
Work is nothing; it’s just work
Calm, less prone to getting excited; aside from years of work experience, it’s more the family responsibilities and social interactions
The sharp edges have been smoothed off; I understand that work is just work
You will realize that you wasted a lot of time before, having to rethink things in order to get back on track
