(abbreviated as HD) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Handi Group; it was established in 2013 in the Yangpu Economic Development Zone of Hainan Province, with a registered capital of 1.14 billion yuan. Handi Petroleum is constructing a project to produce 1.5 million tons per year of specialty oils, as well as 150,000 tons per year of pharmaceutical and food-grade white oils. Engineering department: Deputy manager, electrical engineer, piping engineer (all must have experience in managing large-scale petroleum refining and chemical engineering projects). 2. Materials procurement department: Mechanical equipment purchaser, instrumentation purchaser, electrical materials purchaser, material control engineer. III. Equipment Department: Electrical Engineer. Experience in electrical management at petroleum refining and processing facilities is required. IV. Operations Department: 1. Unit supervisors: Supervisor of the hydrogenation unit, supervisor of the hydrogen and sulfur production unit, supervisor of the utility systems unit. 2. Specialized engineers for each unit: High-pressure hydrocracking engineer, storage and transportation engineer, mechanical equipment engineer, static equipment engineer. 3. Core personnel of the operation unit: (1) Hydrogenation operation core personnel: 24. Experience in hydrogenation operations ； (2) Key personnel for hydrogen and sulfur production: 8. Experience in operating equipment ； (3) Key personnel for utility operations: 5. Experience in operating equipment ； (4) Key personnel for storage and transportation operations: 4.
