The SCO Summit is approaching, and companies in Shandong have been ordered to limit production as well as maintenance activities; starting today, all maintenance work must be halted. I personally think this approach isn’t good – it actually makes things less safe. How is it possible for equipment to go without maintenance for around 10 consecutive days?
