I’m 30 years old this year, and I’ve been working in a chemical plant for 7 years. I wonder if there’s something similar to the \"seven-year itch\" – I feel I’ve reached a bottleneck in my career; I want to get away from this lifestyle and no longer work in the chemical industry, but I don’t know what else to do. They say one should be established by the age of thirty, but I am extremely confused. This confusion is different from that felt when I first graduated and started looking for a job; there’s more pressure now, coming from family, society, and so on. As a result, my current job has become meaningless. I wonder if there are others in the same situation as me, or if anyone who’s been through this can offer some advice.

One should keep learning throughout life; there is no end to it.
Just get through this period; it will be fine. This time is quite tough
Think about what else you can do, such as design, engineering management, consulting, etc. If you are only familiar with current production management, it’s fine to move to a newly established factory of a similar type to change your environment.
