It is mainly used for the natural passivation of austenitic stainless steels and duplex stainless steels. Compared to the older version, the upgraded product exhibits a faster passivation film formation rate and superior passivation performance. This product features an eco-friendly chromium-free formula, is colorless and odorless, and meets the environmental RoHS standards. By using this product for passivation, the corrosion resistance of stainless steel can be increased by 10 to 30 times rapidly, while effectively preventing any changes in the material’s appearance or dimensions. 1. The passivation film forms at a fast speed. 2. Its passivation effect far exceeds that of similar products available on the market. 3. This product is environmentally friendly and does not contain heavy metals such as chromium. 4. It involves true chemical passivation, rather than sealing. This product is in its original liquid form and can be used at room temperature; however, given the climate conditions in northern China, the temperature should be above 20°C when using it in winter. Immerse the cleaned workpieces in this product for 8–15 minutes, then rinse them thoroughly with clean water and dry them before packaging.
