Looking back on these years gradually, it has been ten years since I started writing in \"My Chemical Engineering Career 1996–2008\". In 2008, I was in charge of the construction of a petrochemical project, and it’s been exactly ten years since then. Over these past ten years, I have gone from what could be considered the peak of my life to a low point, but now I am slowly rising again from that low point and striving to move forward. Throughout my career as a professional manager, I’ve met many bosses who would emphasize on many occasions that \"I only care about the results\"! Looking at human life, there is ultimately only one outcome: death. Everything else is part of the process of living, a process aimed at making one’s life more confident and perfect. In reality, it is a journey of self-growth, with outcomes and success being merely by-products of that process. Understanding oneself is far more important than understanding others! In my free time, I enjoy reading works by the world-renowned marketing expert Philip Kotler, such as \"Marketing 3.0: From Products to Customers to Humanity\" and \"The 10 Sins of Marketing: How to Avoid Deadly Marketing Mistakes.\" In 2013, I used some ideas from Marketing 3.0 during training sessions for distributors across the country; after all, he is a true master. At that time, many people did not understand those concepts, and to this day, there are still those who are unclear about the ideas presented in Kotler’s books. It’s like when we come from large enterprises in the petrochemical or coal chemical industries and end up in small private businesses, not knowing what to do there – without any on-the-job training or proper safety protocols. We’re expected to start working right away, with managers acting as they please. It’s like a scholar facing a soldier; he can’t argue his way out of the situation. Over time, you realize that you need to make changes, and there are only two options: either adapt or leave as soon as possible. Time is a fair judge – it doesn’t give you much room for error. If you make good use of time, it becomes your ally; if not, it turns into a weapon that harms you! Why did I switch from technology to sales? It’s still due to mindset and dissatisfaction with the status quo, but what exactly is self-satisfaction? It’s still hard to answer! PS: Due to work reasons, updates are slow; please understand!
