Are there any recent developments at Ruiyang Petrochemical? Once the environmental impact assessment is made public, there are no further updates!
I have worked on petrochemical projects in Caofeidian, and it seems that none of them are willing to make actual investments. For the short term, there’s no need to pay attention to Caofeidian.
What exactly is causing it? Starting with the petrochemical project in the shallow waters of Hebei, followed by Hebei Xinhua United Petrochemical and Sinochem Xuyang Petrochemical, in each case, once the environmental impact assessment was completed, there were no further updates. Only upon further investigation did it become clear that some companies had stopped working on these projects and that their project teams had been disbanded. Since **there’s a desire to establish a petrochemical complex in Caofeidian, why hasn’t any project been launched there? ?
