II. Recruitment Plan 1. Chemical Process Designers 1) Number of recruits: 20 ； 2) Educational requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above, in a related field such as chemical engineering and technology ； 3) Proficient in using CAD, with knowledge of process flows in the petrochemical and chemical industries, as well as of process simulation, unit equipment calculations, and design standards. Able to independently carry out the preliminary design or selection of chemical processes and equipment. Must have at least one year of work experience in the chemical industry, prior experience in design work in a design institute, and a **Certified Chemical Engineer certificate; candidates from 985 or 211 universities will be given priority. 2. Instrument designers 1) Number of recruits: 7 ； 2) Educational requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above, in instrumentation automation or related fields ； 3) Proficient in using CAD, able to skillfully prepare technical specifications for instruments, and capable of promptly specifying the technical requirements for purchasing instrument equipment; skilled in drafting operating and maintenance procedures for such equipment. Experience in a design institute is preferred. 3. Electrical designers 1) Number of recruits: 8 ； 2) Educational requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above, in electrical automation or related fields ； 3) Proficiency in CAD, experience in a design institute, or a **Certified Electrical Engineer license is preferred. 4. Civil engineering designers (architecture, structure) 1) Number of recruits: 15 ； 2) Educational requirement: Bachelor’s degree or above, in civil engineering or related fields ； 3) Proficient in using CAD, familiar with the drawing submission process and architectural design codes; experience in an architectural design firm is preferred. 5. Water supply and drainage, HVAC designers 1) Number of recruits: 8 ； 2) Professional requirements: Majors related to water supply and drainage, as well as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning ； 3) Proficiency in CAD and experience in a design institute are preferred. 6. Personnel responsible for preparing consulting reports 1) Number of recruits: 7-8 people ； 2) Professional requirements: Chemical Engineering and Technology, Chemical Equipment and related fields ； 3) Proficient in using CAD; experience in a design institute is preferred. 7. Marketing Specialist 1) Number of positions to be filled: 10 ； 2) Educational requirement: Associate degree or above ； 4) Those with more than one year of work experience in the chemical industry, as well as experience in market development, will be given priority ； 5) Monthly salary of 3,000–7,000 yuan (base salary + commission), with no upper limit. 8.
