I want to buy a car, but I’m a complete novice in this area. I looked at the Volkswagen Lavida; the automatic version is a bit over my budget. I was hoping the base model would cost around 100,000 yuan. I also considered the Ford Focus, whose price fits within my budget, but I’m hesitant about its dual-clutch transmission and high fuel consumption. I’m interested in the MG 6; it seems to be quite popular online, but there are many minor complaints about it. What about the Haval M6? I’m not sure how those two models are I hope friends who understand cars can give some recommendations. Thank you.
Many experienced drivers have only driven cars from one or two brands
For a car worth 100,000 yuan, if practicality is a priority, it’s recommended to choose a Skoda – it has low fuel consumption and a good reputation. If functionality is what matters most, then domestic cars such as the Geely Emgrand are the only options
After looking at the Skoda Octavia, I feel its cost-performance ratio isn’t good! There are too few functions!
Do you want better handling, lower fuel consumption, or higher specifications? You need to prioritize one of these, which will make it easier for you to choose a car
Considering fuel consumption, it’s the Japanese and Korean series; American cars consume a lot of fuel ; German cars are fairly average, but there are a few models worth checking out online further; they keep having minor issues
Let’s not consider Japan and South Korea; let’s think about German brands instead

My wife and I went to look at cars at Longxing for the first time, and we were ready to make the payment and buy one the next day. On the way back, I saw a Modern Name Tu by the roadside; it looked really nice. I went for a test drive the next day; it had plenty of space, a nice interior, and the test drive felt fine. I paid for it on the same day, and I picked up the car on the third day – it was a top-model Mingtu with a 1.8 engine.
When choosing a car, it’s important to have priorities. One can’t just rely on what others say; they might say this is bad and that’s bad. Are we not going to buy a car then? It has low fuel consumption; you can choose a vehicle with a smaller engine capacity or an electric one. Those who say the fuel consumption is high – by how much exactly? What’s the difference between a 1.6-liter and a 2.0-liter engine when driving in urban areas? If the fuel consumption differs by 1 liter, 2 liters, or 3 liters per 100 kilometers, that amounts to at most 10 cents per kilometer. To put it bluntly, a cigarette costs around 1 yuan.
Oh! ! Thank you for the advice from a conscientious person! ! ! ! !
