As the title suggests, in the factory, there are technicians who take advantage of their position to give favors or benefits to those who help them with their work, while suppressing other employees by any means necessary. For example, in a certain exam, an employee who favored themselves was given a score of 95, when in fact they only scored 85; while someone who was truly competent and could have scored 94 was given a score of 84. How should one deal with situations like these? Such behavior
Is this situation possible too? It’s a bit incredible; of course, your technical skills are your own, and you don’t need to worry too much about scores. Besides, can a mere technician really have such great influence? You’re really skilled and have mature thinking; you can skip this technician and go straight to communicate with your department head. Of course, if this company stays in the dark forever, then it won’t be a place for you to stay. So either adapt or else, haha
Whether a company truly has a culture: in a normal company, tolerance for those who lack integrity is even lower than tolerance for those who lack competence
The position is low, but the craving for power is great~~ Hehe~~
Sometimes emotional intelligence is also very important; many people have suffered losses as well
It’s the same here in the company: there’s a deputy production manager who has only a superficial understanding of the manufacturing processes. He’s a classmate of the boss, and since the boss doesn’t know anything, he relies on this person. The boss even has to please him; as a result, this person forms cliques, pressures others who don’t treat him to meals, spreads rumors, and tries to harm others, yet the boss still listens to him. He doesn’t even have any ability to make his own decisions. He just submitted his resignation and left
From what I understand, this seems to be a quite common situation indeed :)
If the boss doesn’t understand, it’s impossible to be controlled by others
Culture is just for show; it has no real purpose
Just accept it and move on. Haven’t we seen such things often? Don’t worry too much about it. *You’ll get used to it. Just strive to become the person who gets extra points.
Culture truly exists; in many small businesses, the owner’s values and style of doing things constitute the culture of that business, which may be a culture of thievery and dishonesty. At a certain scale, if a company’s positioning, values, and systems are not sound, serious problems will arise
