What kind of equipment operation experience? What level is required for English? Is it okay as long as normal communication is possible?
It should be made clear whether this is for recruiting or applying for a job. Specify things like whether it’s related to hydrogenation units or coal-to-oil processes, what level of proficiency in foreign languages is required, and the company name as well
It’s better not to work for a company that has employees with such a lack of sense of responsibility.
