What do people think about civil servants resigning voluntarily?
Some of them aren’t challenging, right~~~
Being a civil servant is also a job, and it’s normal to leave the position. . . . . .
Over the years, it seems that most civil servants leave their jobs because they believe they can earn large sums of money in the business world, and since they have already laid the necessary foundations (by starting a business with salary support), their chances of success are relatively high. Of course, there are also some unsuccessful examples.
Civil servants, who do the same tasks day in and day out and go to work and come back at fixed times, may feel bored over time, lacking stimulation and vitality.
This is not my goal! Or accumulate resources to develop on one’s own.
If there are better options, it doesn’t matter to quit; maybe there will be more opportunities
