Is it allowed to enter the office building wearing dirty work clothes? A friend shared his feelings: One day, while on site, he was informed that there were issues with some documents, and it was urgent to go to the company’s office building to deal with them. I rushed over, only to find that my clothes were dirty; I tried hard to tidy them up so they would look neat. Yet at the door, I was questioned for a long time by the security guards, and the unpleasant odor on my body also made the office staff dislike me. ………………………… Dignity is important; presenting oneself neatly before going out is a sign of courtesy. But you can’t blame those soldiers who have just returned from the disaster area, covered in dirt ； You can’t blame soldiers who have just returned from defending their homeland on the battlefield. So, are workers covered in oil suitable for entering spacious and bright offices?
As long as it is the office of one’s own unit, it is permissible and necessary to allow it. Of course, if there are conditions for being polite, one should still be polite
It should be fine at my own workplace.
Due to the nature of their daily work, front-line maintenance workers find it difficult to keep everything in perfect condition; the office building belonging to their own company should not get in the way of this.
During the time working for one’s own company, there is the right to enter the office building. It is part of the duty to conduct security checks. The office staff disdained it as a sign of decency. It happened suddenly; no one could do anything about it. There’s no need to be so sensitive – try to put yourself in their shoes
Providing several sets of work uniforms and having a laundry service on site are both solutions.

According to the company’s rules, if it is explicitly prohibited, please respect that. If there is something particularly urgent, it should be possible to call and explain in advance. It’s not a matter of respect or disrespect; it’s a matter of rules.
Distinguish between protective clothing and regular clothing. Employees put on protective clothing in the workshop when they go to work, and switch to regular clothes when going to eat or to the office. The production workshop has its own washrooms where employees can take a shower after work
