So I asked my brother, “Why are you standing behind him?” ” He said I’m just trying out what it’s like to be a postdoc.
So that’s how postdoctoral positions come about: lol

I've told this kind of joke too. Once, I went to a research base affiliated with the Forestry Science Academy. In the office, there were eight or nine doctors sitting at their desks in the front, while we were in the back. The supervisor mentioned that they were all doctors, to which I said that then we are post-doctors.
