II. 4 Deputy Directors of Chemical Production Shops: 1. Under 45 years of age, with a bachelor’s degree, graduated from a major related to fine chemicals or organic synthesis ； 2. Job requirements: A master’s degree or above in related fields such as organic chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, chemical engineering, or applied chemistry ； 2. Able to lead R&D and analysis teams to swiftly complete product route design, process exploration and optimization, pilot-scale production, as well as the selection and control of analysis conditions. 3. Possesses good communication and learning abilities, strong teamwork skills, and certain project management capabilities ； 4. At least 2 years of experience in laboratory research and development as well as management is required. Salary: 100,000–200,000 yuan per year; higher amounts may be negotiated for exceptionally qualified candidates.
