What about opening fixed windows within Zone 2 hazardous areas?

I have a question: if windows are to be installed on the exterior walls within Zone 2, should they be fixed windows?； A door has been installed, but it is a normally closed safety door; therefore, can the electrical design in the non-explosion-proof areas within this Zone 2 area not be designed to be explosion-proof?
