Recipe for Tiger-Skin Peppers: 1. Wash the green peppers and cut them into segments. 2. Use a small knife to remove the spicy core (you can skip this step if you aren’t sensitive to spice). 3. Chop the garlic finely. 4. Prepare a sauce by mixing soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, salt, and water; set aside. 5. Put no oil in the pan and fry the peppers. 6. Press down on the peppers with a spatula while frying. 7. When the peppers’ surface is slightly charred and they become soft, remove them from the pan. 8. Add a little oil to the pan and sauté the garlic until fragrant. 9. Add the peppers and stir-fry for a while. 10. Pour in the sauce. 11. Stir well, then cover the pan and let it simmer for about 5 minutes. 12. Increase the heat and stir to reduce the sauce. 13. Cook until the sauce becomes thick
