I came to the Ningdong Coal Chemical Industry Base in 2008, and ten years have passed in the blink of an eye. Time flies; I arrived there full of enthusiasm, determined to realize my life dreams and demonstrate my value here. To my surprise, things remain exactly as they were when I first arrived! Looking back, I still think that my inability to get along with colleagues is my biggest flaw; being self-isolated is my greatest shortcoming. While those around me keep advancing step by step, I remain stuck in the same place! I’ll stop talking for now; I’m on duty today, and I need to think carefully about the path I should take from now on :(Everyone, give me some advice!
