Can the main washing pump for low-temperature methanol washing be manufactured in China? Why is its pump casing double-layered?
Here’s a hint: why do people in the north use double-glazed windows? It’s similar to that reason.
I still don’t understand; does the main washing pump refer to the methanol-poor pump? The temperature of the medium in this pump is around 40 degrees Celsius. If it’s not due to temperature, I can’t think of any other reason!
Check what the temperature range of the pump is; although you are using a liquid at over 40 degrees, what is the allowable temperature for the pump? Can it work at dozens of degrees below zero as well?
Hello everyone: “Can the main washing pumps for low-temperature methanol washing be manufactured in China?” Why is its pump casing double-layered? " We’re using domestically produced ones from Dalian! They’re double-layered; the second floor has been mentioned already.
The main washing pumps from United Pumping in the United States are quite good! It seems that no domestic manufacturers are able to produce it!
Does the 7th floor refer to the low-methanol pump of Dalian Deep Blue?
The lean methanol pump in our company’s low-temperature methanol washing unit was manufactured by United Pumping Company in the United States. However, a recent phenomenon has occurred: one pump operated continuously for two months without any issues. It was functioning well before it was stopped, with normal levels of noise, temperature, and vibration. But after it stopped, the pump could not be rotated; upon checking the coupling, it was found that the problem lay with the pump itself. Finally, I also reviewed some materials; such phenomena have occurred in some manufacturers as well. Please share your situations as well!
Currently, there are no manufacturers in China capable of producing such pumps!
