The coke bottom cover machine represents the trend for coke tower bottoms; it is not used in China, but is widely adopted in the United States.
I want one too. Does anyone have one to share?
I know there are two manufacturers in the world: Deltavalve in the United States and Z&J in Germany.
The third floor is correct, but it’s now available in China as well; its structure is similar to that of the Deltavalve, with some differences in the details! In the current environment where environmental protection is given top priority, bottom cover machines that can ensure sealed coking for coke removal are definitely the trend! It’s just that the foreign models with bottom covers were relatively expensive in the past, and the overall cost of coking was low, so it was a bit difficult to make them widespread! Now, with the emergence of domestic bottom-cover machines, their widespread adoption is surely inevitable! It is said that it is currently being tested in some of these refineries!
In China, Sinopec (Jingmen) and CNPC (Lanzhou) are performing quite well!
