The filter (accumulator) from a foreign manufacturer in Beijing is used. The pressure is 15MPA and the synthetic gas flow is 300 tons. However, the oil cannot be discharged during operation. Check the filter element and find that there is a phenomenon of discoloration. Of course, the oil leakage of the compressor is not serious at present.
The results are not very good. It would be better to change to oil-free lubrication or strengthen oil and water discharge management.
Generally, the compressors of old devices are oil-sealed, and it is not common to change to dry gas seals. It is not easy to compress nitrogen in a high-pressure system. I hope you can provide the type and manufacturer of the filter used.
The discharge of supplementary gas and oil components must be managed and discharged regularly. The circulation machine can be changed to oil-free lubrication to reduce the amount of lubricating oil brought in.
Each compressor has a separator, and in Synthetic there is an oil filter, which uses centrifugal + filtration to discharge oil and water, mostly water.
Our factory uses the oil separation equipment of Xi'an Haixiang Clean Technology Engineering Co., Ltd., which is an organic fiber membrane module. It has been used for more than three years with good results. The synthesis scale is 600 tons of ammonia/D. Usually, the sewage is discharged once per shift and boiled with steam and desalted water once a year.
