Underground storage tanks can adopt a combined anti-corrosion method of external anti-corrosion coating plus cathodic protection. Anti-corrosion coatings for underground storage tanks typically use thick-paste types, and the grade of such coatings is generally determined by their thickness.
It is recommended to use extra-high-grade corrosion protection. That is: asphalt primer-asphalt-glass cloth-asphalt-glass cloth-asphalt-glass cloth-asphalt-glass cloth-asphalt-glass cloth-asphalt-polyvinyl chloride industrial membrane. The thickness of each layer of asphalt is approximately 1.5 millimeters, with a total thickness of 7 millimeters or more.
