Theoretically, I recommend the book \"Principles of Chemical Engineering\" as a foundational text to enrich one’s knowledge, which will enable one to handle everything within this scope. It’s true that some technicians engage in behaviors that make things difficult for the workers on the job; one just needs to understand that properly.
