It’s possible. One can enroll in an adult education program in medicine; even if one already has a bachelor’s degree in engineering, it’s still possible to do so. It seems that courses such as physics and advanced mathematics may be exempted. If one has a certificate of passing the College English Test Band 4 or the Computer Proficiency Test Level 2, then English and computer-related courses can also be exempted.
