About doing things

People often say that one should put themselves in others’ shoes when working or handling tasks, but has anyone ever considered things from a higher level before doing their work to do it well? Even think at a higher level? In other words, when working in a company, one needs to consider issues from the perspective of one’s superiors’ superiors and think in that way. When the height pattern changes, things that were once difficult and hard to understand become clear and easy to resolve. Remember, you cannot report to someone above your rank or take action without proper authorization, but you must learn to think two levels ahead – this is an essential skill for those who excel. Do you have such a good habit?
I have thought about considering the perspective of subordinates; I’m not yet used to putting myself in the shoes of superiors, but it should be a good way of working.
Before taking action, move up two levels, move sideways two levels, and move down two levels; by changing the perspective and position from which something is considered, the solutions obtained will be more holistic, optimized, and better suited to real-world conditions, making them easier to implement.
