It is prohibited to post or share harmful, entertaining, or satirical posts that relate to companies, enterprises, public institutions, historical figures, outstanding role models, positive deeds, or the image and reputation of public figures, and that could lead to negative public reactions. 4. The dissemination of articles/events that have widespread negative social effects and violate current mainstream values is prohibited. 5. When recruiting/promoting managers, an individual’s behavior and ethics on forums, as well as their conduct and values, should be considered as one of the important criteria. By addressing the root causes of legal disputes from the outset, it aims to create a relatively pure, positive, and upright intellectual forum that embodies the spirit of scholars for all netizens.
