Job Title: Equipment Engineer
Monthly Salary: 8k–10k
Work Location: Changsha

Job Responsibilities:
**Project Design and Construction Phase**
1. Assist the project manager, together with engineers from design firms, in selecting equipment and reviewing design documents such as equipment specifications.
2. Prepare technical requirements documents for equipment procurement in a timely manner.
3. Monitor the manufacturing progress of equipment and ensure quality control; participate in pre-shipment inspections and on-site inspections when necessary.
4. Work with the construction team to ensure proper installation of the equipment.
5. Collaborate with the construction team and quality control department to conduct operation verification and performance testing of the equipment.
6. Provide support related to equipment operation during the commissioning phase.

**Normal Operation Phase**
1. Develop maintenance plans and procedures for factory equipment.
2. Manage the maintenance technical team to ensure accurate implementation of maintenance plans and maintenance records.
3. Assist the production department in resolving equipment issues promptly.
4. Maintain an adequate inventory of equipment spare parts.

Qualifications:
1. A college degree or above in a field related to mechanical equipment.
2. At least 5 years of work experience in industries related to pharmaceuticals or chemicals; experience in large companies, especially multinational corporations, is preferred.
