Regarding cyclone separators

I would like to ask everyone: in the coal chemical industry, which gasification technologies make use of cyclone dust removal separators? Could you give some examples? Also, are there any manufacturers in China that produce such high-temperature cyclone separators?
A cyclone separator is also used behind the intermittent fixed-bed furnace; it seems we use those made by Tianjin Huaneng. You might want to ask them again
Ende furnaces are available with fixed beds as well as shell types; there aren’t many that can withstand high temperatures, so it will likely be necessary to import them from abroad
Don’t assume that the moon is always round in foreign lands. Hehe. There’s nothing special about a cyclone separator; you can tell just by looking at its structure. Nanjing Baose does a good job.

This is a good question. We have worked on the purification of gas produced in high-temperature, high-pressure gasification processes. Initially, we wanted to recover heat, but using a waste heat boiler directly could lead to blockages, as the gas at 700 degrees with a pressure of 40 kilograms per square centimeter contains large amounts of water vapor and dust. Cooling and reducing the pressure as the gas passes through the waste heat boiler may cause the water vapor to condense and the dust to accumulate, ultimately resulting in blockages. On the other hand, direct washing would result in heat loss. Therefore, we considered installing a cyclone separator before the waste heat boiler, to remove the dust from the gas under high temperature and pressure and reuse it in the process. This approach not only improves the efficiency of coal utilization but also reduces the risk of blockages in the waste heat boiler, without affecting the recovery of heat in subsequent processes – it’s a win-win solution. In China, it is now possible to manufacture cyclone separators capable of handling temperatures of 1000 degrees and pressures of 500 kilograms per square centimeter. They are used in all fixed-bed gas generation furnaces; they were manufactured by our own unit and perform very well.
