Are all domestic polysilicon projects designed by those design institutes?

There are probably dozens of polysilicon projects in the country at present. Does everyone know which design institutes are behind them? How’s it working? I’ll share two examples I’m aware of: Xuzhou Zhongneng and Hualu Design Institute started operations last year, while Chongqing Daquan and Tianchen Design Institute will conduct trial runs in the second half of the year. I. Polysilicon plants that have been designed and built: Sichuan Xinguang Silicon Industry Technology Co., Ltd.’s 1,000 t/a polysilicon plant.
II. Polysilicon projects currently under design: 1. Yongxiang’s 9,000 t/a polysilicon project; 2. Asia Silicon Company’s 1,000 t/a polysilicon project; 3. Xinjin Xinguang’s 3,000 t/a polysilicon project; 4. Dongfang Electric Leshan Silicon Materials Company’s 1,500 t/a polysilicon project; 5. Yongxiang Resin Company’s 500 t/a polysilicon project; 6. Shenzhou Silicon Industry Company’s 1,500 t/a polysilicon project; 7. Yunnan Metallurgical Group’s 3,000 t/a polysilicon project; 8. Xinjiang TBEA’s 1,500 t/a polysilicon project; 9. Jiangxi LDK Company’s 15,000 t/a polysilicon project; 10. Ningxia Sunshine Company’s 1,500 t/a polysilicon project; 11. Ordos’ 2,500 t/a polysilicon project; 12. Yichang Nanbo Company’s 1,500 t/a polysilicon project; 13. LeDian BaoBian’s 3,000 t/a polysilicon project

With these polysilicon projects being launched one after another, the first to produce will capture the market. The day when all the projects are completed will be the day when this market becomes saturated. By then, there would be no more polysilicon projects. The market decides.
As far as I know, the 15,000 t/a polysilicon project of Jiangxi LDK Company wasn’t carried out by Chengda; it should be Hualu. Does anyone have accurate information on this?
