Date: December 25 – December 28, 2018 (registration on the 25th throughout the day). Location: Beijing. This course aims to focus on system optimization, and based on the two aspects of energy consumption and production capacity in enterprises, it covers the relevant knowledge and optimization techniques. 1. Energy consumption stage: Introduces the principle of heat pinch technology, determines the theoretical minimum energy requirement of the system, calculates the energy-saving potential of the current production process, and explains multi-level utility matching and optimization as well as optimization design and improvement techniques for heat exchange networks. 2. Capacity planning phase: Explains the concept of simulation and optimization for utility production systems, as well as the application techniques of relevant software tools. 3. Explain and practice the application techniques of the energy analysis optimization software (Aspen Energy Analyzer). I. Main Course Outline: 1. Heat pinch theory, covering the drawing of composite curves and overall composite curves, the determination of pinch temperature and theoretical target values for heat (cold) utility systems, as well as the matching and optimization of various utilities. 2. The application of the Aspen Energy Analyzer is used, with multiple industrial examples, to explain the steps and techniques of pinch analysis. 3. Optimization of the matching and usage of heat (cold) utility services at multiple levels to minimize utility costs. 4. Optimal design of heat exchange networks 5. Integration of Aspen Energy Analyzer with the process simulation software Aspen Plus. 6. Drawing of complex process diagrams, solution finding, and optimization calculations ; How to connect Aspen Utilities Planner to Excel. 7. Optimal configuration of utility systems. Note: The training includes lectures, hands-on practice*, and Q&A sessions; participants are requested to bring their own laptops. II. Target participants: Professionals in industries such as oil/gas processing, refining, chemicals, fine chemicals, and pharmaceuticals who are involved in the design, application, and research and development of heat exchangers and heat exchange networks ; Personnel involved in the production, research, and development of heat exchangers ; Designers for technical upgrades of facilities such as ethylene plants and atmospheric/ vacuum distillation refineries ; Faculty and students at colleges and universities engaged in research on pinch heat integration. III. Training fees and certification: Training fee: 4,000 yuan per person (including materials and lunch costs); accommodation and meals will be arranged, but expenses shall be borne by the participants themselves. Those who pass the assessment will be issued a completion certificate supervised by the human resources training department of the organizing party. (Please bring one 1-inch or 2-inch photo). IV.
