Recently, I read in a book about the eight equilibria in catalytic cracking. I wonder which eight? I would appreciate some guidance from those who are more experienced. :)
Eight balances? Has it been broken down? Those who are short can make up for it. 1 liang of pressure balance between the two devices ; 2 Balance between gas production and the compression capacity of the compressor ; 3 Balance between coking capacity during reaction and regeneration coking capacity ; 4 Balance between oxygen consumption for burning and oxygen supply from the main air stream ; 5 The reaction requires a balance between heat input and heat regeneration ; 6 Balance between one-way conversion rate and reprocessing ratio ; 7 Balance in the quantities of catalysts and raw materials ; 8 Balance between catalyst loss and replenishment. In other words, the three major balances have been refined.
The eight balances refer to: pressure balance between the two devices; Thermal balance of the two devices ; Material balance of the two units (balance in quantity between catalyst and feed oil) ; The balance between coking and charring capabilities ; Balance between oxidizing demand and main air supply for burning ; Balance between one-way conversion rate and reprocessing ratio ; Balance between catalyst loss and replenishment ; Balance between gas production and gas compression capacity).
1 Balance between pressure transmission in the reactor and the regenerator; 2 Balance between gas production and the compression capacity of the compressor ; 3 Balance between coking capacity during reaction and regeneration coking capacity ; 4 Balance between oxygen consumption for burning and oxygen supply from the main air stream ; 5 The reaction requires a balance between heat input and heat regeneration ; 6 Balance between one-way conversion rate and reprocessing ratio ; 7 Balance in the quantities of catalysts and raw materials ; 8 Balance between catalyst loss and replenishment. That is, extending the three major balances

Material balance: a) Balance between the one-way conversion rate and the recycle ratio; b) Balance between coke formation during reaction and coke burning during regeneration; c) Balance between the oxygen required for coke burning and the oxygen supplied by the main air stream; d) Balance between the amount of catalyst and the amount of raw material; e) Balance between catalyst loss and its replenishment; f) Balance between gas production rate and the compression capacity of the compressors. 2. Pressure balance: a) Pressure balance between the regenerator and the reactor. 3. Heat balance: a) Balance between the heat required for the reaction and the heat supplied during regeneration; b) Balance between the waste heat from flue gases and the heat required for steam generation
