Is there anyone from Jingding Engineering Construction Co., Ltd. here? Help needed

I graduated from the automation program 14 years ago and have over 4 years of experience in instrument design. Capable of proficiently selecting instruments, designing installation diagrams, and planning the wiring and piping for instrument valves. Control logic works too. I submitted my resume to Jingding on 51job a week ago, and it seems that the HR was interested in it, but they still haven’t gotten in touch with me. Do I have no chance left? I really want to do this; could I get a chance for an interview?
What else do companies in Taiwan really want to do? It’s not a single tree, right?
Thank you for your reply. My decision to go to Jingding is related to the company’s capabilities, not to Taiwan at all. I want to work for any capable design company, not just Jingding.
