Recruiting company: A large-scale polysilicon manufacturing enterprise [listed company]. Job overview: Develop nano-composite zirconia products and related manufacturing processes in response to market demands, enable mass production, and provide technical support to the market and investment departments. Job Responsibilities 1: Conduct literature and information gathering to analyze the process routes, technologies, and equipment related to nano-composite zirconia, and select appropriate process routes, technologies, and equipment ; 2. Design and construct pilot-scale and pilot-plant facilities for nano-composite zirconia (either independently or in collaboration), and conduct systematic research to provide a solid foundation for industrial scale-up ; 3. Responsible for or involved in the design and construction of industrial facilities for nano-composite zirconia ; 4. Responsible for or involved in industry-academia-research cooperation projects on nano-composite zirconia ; 5. Assist the company’s strategic investment team in conducting research on the nano-composite zirconia industry and related companies ; 6. Collaborate with the company’s sales team to conduct regular investigations in downstream markets and among customers, in order to obtain the latest information on market demands and translate this into directions for product/technology development. 7. Share knowledge within the company through training, lectures, and other methods. Job Requirements:- Master’s degree or above
- Major in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, or related fields
- 3 years or more of experience in the research and development and/or production management of nano-zirconia
- Familiarity with the preparation and characterization methods of nano-composite zirconia
- Strong problem-solving skills and abilities
- Excellent communication skills
Work Location: Urumqi/Suzhou, China
Salary: Over 200,000 RMB; specific amount to be discussed during interview.
