From 17:36 on June 7 to 18:30 on June 10, the **Engineering Research Center** completed a 72-hour continuous test run of the new water-cooled wall gasifier using coal with a high ash fusion point. The pressurized gasification of coal with high ash fusion point in a fluidized bed is an 863 project during the 11th Five-Year Plan period undertaken by Yankuang Group. The development of a new type of water-cooled wall gasifier, carried out by the Slurry Coal Gasification and Coal Chemicals Engineering Research Center, is a sub-project of this 863 project. The technical achievements resulting from this project will be put into industrial use in the 500,000-ton synthetic ammonia project in Kaiyang, Guizhou

The ash fusion point of the Yankuang No. 2 thermal coal used in the trial firing is approximately 1450; based on the results of this trial firing, the composition of the syngas is quite good
