What is a PPG unit?

Recently I came across this phrase: “14.2 ppmg of CaBr2 solution.” I think ppmg must be some kind of unit, but what exactly it is, I would appreciate it if someone could explain it to me! !
Is it ppm? ppm is mg/L

PPM stands for parts per million, that is, … per one million. PPB stands for parts per billion, that is, … per one billion. PPT stands for parts per trillion, that is, … per one trillion. When used on their own, PPm, PPB, and PPT cannot be considered units; just like %, they are not units but rather dimensionless quantities. The most commonly used of these is PPm, which represents one part in one million. Therefore, during that period, some experts in this field would directly convert PP into various units, which is why strange units like ppg came into use – it probably refers to one part per one million grams. I learned this from an old professor I had in school. If you’re looking at literature from that period, that’s likely what it means. If not, then I’m not sure
