I’m a beginner; if there’s no hope of making progress, why wait? It’s better to just give up. Anyway, I couldn’t tolerate it if it were me
Far from parents； Having a poor relationship with supervisors or colleagues at work ； Low salary and benefits ； There is no future for growth, and it’s not possible to showcase one’s talents ； Away from the object ； willfulness
1. I am too far away from home; I need to take care of my family and the elderly. 2. When the company adheres to individualism and lacks a belief in objective rules and systems. 3. When seeking a mentor. 4. During negotiations, if one is reluctant yet continues to exploit others. 5. Try to rely on objective reasons; if it’s due to subjective factors, make an effort to adapt oneself to the company.
Different life stages have different expectations regarding work. In the beginner stage, one needs a job that allows for rapid improvement of one’s skills and value; during the prime of life, one seeks jobs that enable higher earnings. Once reaching a certain age and no longer feeling as eager to advance in career or wealth, one prefers a job that provides comfort or is more beneficial to the family. When the current situation and one’s aspirations don’t match, changing jobs becomes inevitable. Smart people benefit from changing jobs, while fools get lost in doing so
