There are also situations where unused budgets allocated for team-building activities are spent abruptly. There are occasions for sending off or welcoming leaders or colleagues who are changing positions, as well as when friends leave their jobs. There’s also the issue of using connections and pulling strings to get things done…… Let’s talk about it: which of these involve meals and get-togethers, and which are voluntary? Which ones are passive?
