The quality of domestic products is also uneven. The worst ones cannot directly produce high-temperature glue, but there are also good ones, such as Xin'an and Hesheng's products. There are many factors that affect quality. Dimethyl purity, pH value, color and other impurity content will all affect quality. There is still a way to go in China to fully grasp it, but generally speaking, the quality of DMC has been greatly improved in the past 10 years.

Separation is not a question of whether the technology is mature. The key is that design institutes generally only do engineering design, and the technology (software package) is provided by the separation company, but there is little actual data fed back to the separation company. In fact, there is not much difference in domestic separation processes at present. There was once a project where during the bidding process, the owner proposed the reason why no company had actually achieved the problem. The bidder who claimed to have done several sets was unable to explain the reason. In fact, there is another reason here. Generally, the feed is calculated based on 80~85% dimethyl content, but the actual 70~75% appears. Whether the production has been adjusted online, and whether the separation can be judged based on the operating parameters (only the analysis results can be seen), it is natural that the four nines cannot be reached. Therefore, although the calculation is that the second-level A is four nines, the production often fails to reach it.
