From 2012 to 2016, I studied Chemical Engineering and Technology at Jilin University of Chemical Technology, with a focus on the engineering and processes related to petrochemical and coal chemical industries. During that time, I gained practical experience at Shandong Jingbo Petrochemical Branch, where I worked on the second catalytic cracking unit as well as the hydrogenation unit； After graduating in 2016–2017, I worked at Shulan Synthetic Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., serving as a workshop process engineer and workshop safety officer. My responsibilities included 1) arranging production plans ； 2. Revision, improvement, and implementation of documents such as job operation SOPs ； 3. Verification and correction of on-site production processes ； 4. Emergency handling of production abnormalities ； 5. Formulation of plans for starting and stopping (changing production) production lines ； 6. Preparations for customer audits, GMP certification, and FDA certification ； 7. Inventory tasks such as the consumption of raw materials and auxiliary materials in the workshop, and product yield ； As well as the accounting for the three types of costs in the workshop ； 8. Review batch production records and release qualified materials ； 9. Ensure that the workshop equipment operates properly, and conduct regular inspections and maintenance of the equipment ； 10. Issue a hot work permit for hot work operations in the respective workshop ； 11. Regular safety inspections and identification of potential hazards ； 12. Responsible for secondary safety training and process training in the workshop ； 2017–present: Working as a workshop process engineer, safety officer, and team leader for the refining team ； In addition to the existing job responsibilities, responsible for ； 1. Establishment of the caffeine refining team ； 2. Arrangement and inspection of daily work ； 3. Rational arrangement of personnel and positions, assessment of workload ； 4. Inspection of the work discipline, process hygiene, equipment hygiene, and production environment hygiene among team members ； 5. Responsible for tier-3 safety training at the team level, as well as training on standard operating procedures within the refining team ； I enjoy production processes, understand them well, and have a strong desire to explore things I do not know. If you were an employer, would you choose such words to promote yourself? ? It would be better to change the lines, I think :) Also, I suggest searching on this forum to see if there are any contacts that might suit you. It would be best to spend some time working at large enterprises involved in industries such as coal chemical processing, and then improve your resume. Or it would be good to spend some time training at your Jihua as well. To be honest, it would be better to simplify your resume; being too detailed is like adding extra strokes to a painting. I’ve been through it before; one needs to determine a proper position for oneself within a company, and then use one’s educational qualifications as a tool to get ahead. What companies value now is professional management; if you have engineers specializing in safety or technical aspects, that represents a higher level. First, it’s important to identify your own position.
You’ve only been at your job for a year and a half; it’s not very practical to rush into looking for another job. A practical time period of six months to one year. First: Are you fully confident in your ability to handle emergency situations in a process-related role? Second: The key is to make yourself strong before \"going out\"; otherwise, wherever you go, you’ll end up in trouble. Third: Ability, ability, ability – that’s what matters most; academic qualifications and professional titles come later. What is your ability level at the moment? How about the professional title? These are all indicators of “going out”. Young man, you have just started entering society

I’m leaving not because I feel I have enough skills to go to a better place – on the contrary, I’m actually very afraid right now, feeling that my skills are not sufficient. I’m working hard to improve, but due to the limitations of my current workplace, progress seems slow.
