Are there any analysts who specialize in the testing of semiconductor silicon? I would like to ask whether anyone has used the ICP-MS7500cs to measure the levels of impurity elements in silicon and trichlorosilane? What is the general range of sensitivity required by the instrument, and why are elements Sn and IN being measured? What is the grade of acid used for sample pretreatment? Is the element concentration at 10 ppt? Also, regarding acid-resistant thin gloves for the laboratory, I was wondering if anyone could recommend a brand. The ordinary gloves we buy don’t work well.
Which company are you from? I work in polycrystal testing. But our equipment is different from yours.
