Repair technique for the walls of the carbonization chamber in coke ovens

Our plant uses 66-3 type coke ovens; after converting them to ramming-type ovens, significant damage was caused to the walls of the carbonization chambers. The main issue is deformation of these wall surfaces, and the bricks at the bottom of the carbonization chambers have been crushed by the coal feeding plates, resulting in exposed areas. Ramming operations have now been stopped, but it’s difficult to determine how to carry out repairs. We seek advice from experts in coke oven maintenance.
