Job responsibilities: 1. Responsible for formulating the process technical plans for projects (air separation units), ensuring that the process flows and consumption metrics are advanced, the equipment configuration is complete, the investment is cost-effective, and the operation is safe and reliable； 2. Responsible for the process design or review of projects (air separation units), ensuring the rationality of the process flow design as well as the quality of the selection, design, and manufacturing of process equipment ； 3. Responsible for the construction of process piping in (air separation units), conducting inspections to ensure compliance with standards in the installation of process equipment, and evaluating the performance indicators of these processes ； 4. Provide technical support to the company’s business development and production operations departments, participate in technical exchanges, and conduct professional technical evaluations of equipment acquired ； 5. Responsible for process and technical training within the department as well as across departments ； 6. Responsible for process optimization of the company’s gas production projects, development of new processes, and application for the establishment of independent intellectual property rights. Qualifications: 1. At least 5 years of experience in the design of air separation process flows, with proficient skills in using the Aspen Plus chemical process simulation software ； 2. Possess engineering design experience, be familiar with the engineering design process for air separation units, and be able to independently prepare the layout plans for such units ； 3. Be familiar with the **standards and regulations** in the industrial gas industry ； 4. Proficient in using AUTO CAD for drawing and OFFICE software for office work ； 5. Proactive and enthusiastic work attitude with a strong sense of responsibility; good communication skills, ability to endure hardship, and readiness to undertake short-term business trips. 6. Those with intermediate or advanced professional titles in air separation technology, as well as those with experience working in design institutes, will be given priority.
