1. Assistant-level engineering designers: 6–7 persons. Required to have a educational background in chemical engineering and technology, along with a solid foundation in the principles of chemical engineering, as well as thorough knowledge of subjects such as chemical engineering fundamentals, physical chemistry, organic chemistry, reaction engineering, and chemical thermodynamics； Have a basic understanding of chemical engineering machinery and equipment ； Proficient in using CAD, Excel, or process simulation software ； Capable of performing design calculations for chemical process engineering ； Capable of writing process design documents effectively ； " 2. Key engineering designers: 2–3 individuals with solid skills in engineering calculations and a comprehensive understanding of engineering systems; capable of leading the conceptual design of engineering solutions, as well as making reasonable decisions regarding the integration and selection among different options ； Has extensive experience in engineering sites ； Familiar with equipment selection and understanding of the working principles of mechanical equipment ； Has a deep understanding of process safety and is able to incorporate it into engineering design. 3. Organic synthesis assistants: 8–10 persons. Educational background in fields such as organic synthesis or pharmaceuticals, with a solid foundation in basic and specialized knowledge of organic synthesis ； Able to skillfully search for literature and patents ； Skilled and proficient practical skills in organic synthesis, as well as abilities in data processing and analysis ； Better ways of writing experiment reports ； 4. Organic synthesis specialists (core team): 2-3 persons, capable of independently designing synthetic routes for target compounds and comparing different routes using industrial-scale thinking ； Has a deep understanding of industrial production, and possesses the capability to take products from the experimental stage to pilot production in the workshop (pilot production plans). Strong skills in NMR spectroscopy analysis, impurity determination, and structure elucidation ； Capable of writing research reports well ； " 5. Chemical analysts, assistant level: 3 positions. Candidates should have an educational background in analytical sciences, solid fundamental and specialized knowledge in analysis, and be familiar with the working principles of common analytical instruments ； Be able to operate and use analytical instruments such as gas chromatography, liquid chromatography, mass spectrometry, and other common analytical devices proficiently and in a standardized manner, and prepare COA analysis reports. 6. Chemical analysts (core team): 2 members, capable of independently developing analysis methods ； Capable of deducing the impurity structure by combining project information and analysis results ； Capable of writing quality control manuals effectively.
