Shenghong Refining & Chemical (Lianyungang) Co., Ltd. is seeking several process/engineering engineers and shift supervisors for the atmospheric/ vacuum distillation and coking units in its refinery department. Process engineers: 2 positions for atmospheric/ vacuum distillation; 1 position in delayed coking: Responsibilities include collecting and organizing preliminary technical documents during the project construction phase ; Preliminary technical exchanges, technical negotiations, selection of technical approaches, and review of process package design ; Support the preliminary design coordination work, including overall design, basic design, and detailed design, while monitoring design progress and quality ; Responsible for the preliminary technical preparations for plant production, including employee training related to this plant, the preparation of various production materials, and the readiness of materials needed for commissioning. 2. Participate in the on-site three-inspections and four-fixations process, monitor the implementation of corrective actions, organize on-site single-unit testing, purging, airtightness testing, water flushing, and other related tasks, and take part in the handover acceptance of the installation ; Under the leadership of the chief engineer, organize the management of plant startup and shutdown operations. 3. Under the leadership of the chief engineer, be responsible for the management of the production and operation process of the assigned units. Specific responsibilities include: professional technical management, measurement system management, production process management, production optimization management, management of technological upgrades and improvements, energy conservation and consumption reduction management, utility management, employee training management, and other related tasks. 4. Assist in the emergency response to on-site emergencies or accidents, support the analysis, investigation, and handling of such accidents, and organize the implementation of corrective measures. 5. Assist the chief engineer in carrying out various tasks of the department. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors. Requirements: A bachelor’s degree or higher in petroleum processing/chemical engineering and technology; experience as an assistant engineer or above in process technology management within the petrochemical industry, with 8 years or more of work experience. Salary to be discussed. Equipment Engineer: 1 position for vacuum distillation processes ; Job responsibilities for 2 personnel in delayed coking: 1. During the project construction phase, be responsible for tasks related to the atmospheric/ vacuum distillation and delayed coking equipment ; Work in collaboration with the Mechanical Equipment Department to participate in equipment inspections, equipment data reviews, equipment selection, and other related tasks ; Participate in the review of overall design, basic design, and detailed design ; Cooperate with project construction work. 2. Participate in the on-site three-inspections and four-fixes process, and monitor the implementation of corrective actions ; Participate in on-site single-unit commissioning, purging, airtightness testing, water flushing, and other related tasks; take part in the handover acceptance of the facility; and be responsible for equipment management during the start-up and shutdown processes of atmospheric/ vacuum distillation and delayed coking units. 3. Responsible for all tasks related to the management of atmospheric/ vacuum and delayed coking units. Responsible for implementing equipment management systems, as well as conducting inspections of equipment operation and specialized technical checks. In accordance with the operational requirements of this facility, equipment-related technical challenges are addressed promptly to resolve any issues that may affect safe production. 4. Support emergency response to incidents or accidents on site, assist in the analysis, investigation, and handling of such incidents, and organize the implementation of corrective measures. 5. Assist the chief engineer of the equipment department in carrying out various tasks within the department, as well as other tasks assigned by superiors. Requirements: A bachelor’s degree or higher in a field related to chemical engineering machinery and equipment; experience as an assistant engineer or above in equipment technology management, with at least 8 years of work experience. Salary to be discussed. 4 positions for team leaders in atmospheric and vacuum distillation areas ; Job responsibilities of 4 personnel in delayed coking: 1. During the project construction phase, participate in the preliminary preparatory work related to the plant’s production technology, including employee training for the plant, the preparation of various production materials, and the preparation of materials needed for commissioning. Ensure that employees’ knowledge and skills meet the requirements for starting operations safely, ensuring safe production, and optimizing production processes. 2. Participate in the on-site three-inspections and four-fixations process, monitor the implementation of corrective actions, take part in activities such as individual unit testing, purging, airtightness testing, and water flushing on site, and be involved in the handover acceptance of the installation ; Under the supervision of superiors, participate in the management of plant startup and shutdown operations. 3. Under the supervision of superiors, responsible for managing the production and operation processes of the equipment within the team during working hours, in charge of the maintenance work in the areas under the team’s responsibility, and responsible for the organizational management of the team. Specific responsibilities include: management of the production process within the assigned area, production optimization, energy conservation and consumption reduction, management of utility systems, employee training, and team building. 4.
