Fujian Zhangzhou Gulei Petrochemical Terminal Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Gulei Petrochemical Terminal”) was established on July 16, 2017, as a joint venture between Fujian Gulei Petrochemical Co., Ltd. and Fujian Zhangzhou Port Co., Ltd., with shares held in a 51%:49% ratio. The total investment amount is 4.75 billion yuan; the project includes the construction of related terminal facilities, such as 2 berths with a capacity of 50,000 tons each, 1 berth with a capacity of 20,000 tons, 2 berths with a capacity of 5,000 tons each, as well as corresponding tank areas and pipeline systems. The joint venture partners aim to utilize advanced technologies and scientific management methods to establish, operate, and manage a joint venture that integrates terminal, warehousing, and pipeline services, with the company primarily serving the safe and stable operation of Fujian Gulei Petrochemical Co., Ltd. The Gulei Petrochemical Terminal has five departments: the Finance Department, the General Office (Human Resources Department), the Operations Department, the Party and Mass Work Department, and the Safety, Health, and Environment Department. Job Recruitment Information For details on the positions being offered by the company and the corresponding numbers of vacancies, please refer to the following job recruitment table: Job Recruitment Table Department Position Name Number of Vacancies Qualifications Required Operations Department Procurement Planning Engineer 1 Bachelor’s degree or above ； 6 years or more of experience in the management of petrochemical equipment and materials ； Hold an intermediate or higher professional title ； Have a certain level of English proficiency ； Familiar with procurement and supply operations, with a strong sense of risk awareness ； Possesses professional knowledge in the petrochemical industry and procurement, as well as excellent communication skills. Production scheduler in the Operations Department, with a college degree or above ； At least 4 years of experience in operating petrochemical storage and transportation tank farms, including at least 2 years of experience in storage, transportation/terminal scheduling within petrochemical companies. In-house operators in the Operations Department: college degree or above ； 4 years or more of experience in operating petrochemical storage and transportation tank farms ； Among them, they should have at least 2 years of work experience in storage and transportation or inyard operations at petrochemical enterprises. Several field operators in the Operations Department should have an associate degree and at least 3 years of work experience in field operations in petrochemical companies, or a bachelor’s degree or higher along with at least 1 year of work experience in such fields ； Those with prior work experience in higher-level operations at tank farms or docks are preferred. The work location for the aforementioned position is the Gulei Port Economic Development Zone in Zhangzhou, Fujian; the company may make adjustments as needed based on the requirements of the specific position. II. Compensation and Benefits: The salary of the hired employees will be in accordance with the compensation scheme of Gulei Petrochemical Terminal, determined based on the position held, and they will also enjoy the benefits provided by Gulei Petrochemical Terminal.
