No way! This will still happen when there is a lack of water. I think the manufacturer did not bend the pipe properly when bending it.
The shape of the high-temperature superheater water pipe will not affect the normal operation of the equipment. The main thing is that the quality of the materials must meet the requirements and the installation must meet the standards.
During the acceptance inspection after the boiler is manufactured, it is stipulated that a ball of a certain diameter must be passed through the tube. If the ball cannot pass, the tube will fail. Logically speaking, if the pipe cannot become flat due to lack of water, it may be a manufacturing quality issue.
Manufacturing requirements, flat pipes mainly consider erosion and corrosion issues, which is not surprising
